MDF Asia would like to invite strongly motivated candidates to work with us in our office in Hanoi as Marketing and Admin Intern.  You will have opportunities to be a part of global organization as well as develop the skills you’ll need to succeed

Marketing and Admin Intern

Duration: 3 months- Full time

Duties & Responsibilities

Support Digital Marketing

–  Develop and update client database for regional markets (Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Philippines)

_   Support in promoting courses on various media channels

– Supports in content plan, designing and editing promotional materials

Offline Marketing

– Assist in Marketing Activities, market research as required by Marketing Manager

Admin

– Support for Admin & Paperwork follow up, local purchasing and stock inventory.

-Provide logistical support for training courses as required by Admin/Customer Services officer and trainers

-Support in taking care customer’s inquiries

Requirements

–   4th year or graduated student who wishes to have practical experiences in working environment, majoring in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant fields.

– Be familiar with social networks like Facebook, Linkedin

– Positive attitude, creative, willing to learn.

_ Able to set priorities and manage time well

– Good oral, written English and communication skills

– Vietnamese Nationality
